The most terrible parents in the world

When I decided to make a section on Otithelis.com about parents abusing their children, I was looking for cases that were extreme and unusual, something that people would find strange enough to actually take the time to read. I didn't want the typical "abusive parent spanks her son", but something that would have seemed very extreme.
I originally felt that I would have to do a lot of searching to find enough cases for the section.
But I ended up with so many instances that I became shocked.

I could not believe how many people abuse or murder their own children.
What I found most shocking was the long term abuse. I can almost understand a person getting upset and in an insane fit of rage causing harm to a loved one, But I could never understand long term abuse that would go on for years.
